Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and the board of directors.

• Manage investor relations activities, including preparing presentations for investors, responding to investor inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasts.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely.

• Experience working with investors and other external stakeholders.
