  • Visit clients to collect overdue payments
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
  • Verify customer information and update records
  • Document all collection activities accurately
  • Report on daily field activities to management
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
  • Handle sensitive financial information with discretion
  • Collaborate with internal departments for account resolution
  • Identify and escalate problematic accounts
  • Use mobile tools to track and report visits
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in collections or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
  • Familiarity with CRM or collection software is a plus
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region
