Description

  • To conduct field visits with government agencies Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), Land Transportation Office (LTO) and Registry of Deeds (RD) in relation process of mortgage and encumbrance.
  • Accommodate request of client in the presentment of Certificate of Registration (CR) and Official Receipt (OR) in LTO and LTFRB and other agencies before conversion of the unit from private to public utility limited only in National Capital Region (NCR).
  • Check with LTO agencies and SafeTNet database the status of un-submitted LTO OR/CR with long overdue and summarize accounts with material findings.
  • Responsible for the preparation of documents necessary for cancellation of annotation/encumbrance and transfer of ownership.
  • In-charge in monitoring of accounts endorsed to government agencies and conduct follow-ups pending transactions.
  • Close coordination with Document Custody Unit Head on possible misfiled collateral documents for timely processing of reconstitution.
  • In charge in preparation of Request for Payment (RFP) for actual necessary cost/s such as registration fees or similar expenses actually paid to the government agencies and liquidates the same transaction expenses.
  • Submit report on results and progress of field visit.
  • Performs other job-related duties and assignments as deemed necessary:
  • Encode LTO CR/OR and RD details in the system.
  • Completion of requested documents to Customer Service Department thru Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Serves as back-up in routing of documents to the authorized signatories and for notarial.
  • Attends to customer concerns and client inquiries through phone calls and walk-ins.
  • Participate in the annual collateral documents inventory conducted at the head office
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, and other related courses
  • At least 1-2 years work experience in a financial institution, preferably in the Documentations Department.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software especially, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Willing to work onsite (Makati Head Office).
