What You'll Do

You will collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
You will provide strategic advice and insights to hiring managers on market conditions, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
You will influence and guide business leaders through the hiring process to ensure timely and effective recruitment outcomes.
You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top executive talents in the region.
You will conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability.
You will leverage data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes.
You will plan, coordinate, and execute all stages of the recruitment process, from initial sourcing to final offer.

Who We're Looking For

You have 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, specifically in fast-moving environments.
You have a strong track record in sourcing and attracting top talent.
You have an experience in hiring senior leaders, C-suite, or executives.
You have a Bachelor's Degree in any field. MBA is a plus.
You have a strong business acumen.
You know you can build strong relationships with everyone, being candidates, hiring managers, and other teams.
You have great organizational skills and the ability to see the big picture.
