  • Manage and prioritize executive schedules, ensuring effective time management and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Facilitate internal and external communication, including handling email correspondence and drafting documents.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation plans for business trips.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
  • Maintain the utmost discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

Job Title: Executive Assistant


Educational Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field


Experience Level:- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.


Skills and Competencies:- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

  • Expertise in Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding Time Management abilities.
  • High level of proficiency in English with Excellent Communication Skills.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Calendar management for executives.
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Organizing and maintaining the office system.- Handling correspondence directed to managers
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.


Working Conditions:-remote work arrangements.- Full-time position with standard business hours.
