We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to drive qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and generate measurable results for our pool service business.

1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to drive new business and customer engagement.
2. Strategy Development: Develop digital advertising strategies that align with company goals and target audiences.
3. Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend while maximizing ROI.
4. Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
5. SEO/SEM: Work alongside the SEO team to ensure paid advertising strategies align with organic search efforts for maximum online visibility.
6. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and ad copy to optimize conversions.
7. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with the team to drive future marketing efforts.
8. Content Creation: To design ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that drive customer interest and action.
9. Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor advertising strategies, and industry best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
3. Has strong understanding of KPI analysis and performance improvement.
4. Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
5. Experience with Google LSA, Nextdoor and Yelp advertising
6. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Ad Manager.
7. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
9. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
10. Experience with pool service industry or home service businesses is a plus. 

What We Offer:

1.      Salary: $1500 base + up to $500/month in bonuses based on performance
