Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Dialer Manager to oversee and optimize our outbound calling operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dialer systems management, team leadership, and analytics. This role is responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency of our dialing operations while leading the call center support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and develops a team of call center support team
  • Manages and optimizes dialer performance to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Monitors overall dialer performance metrics
  • Analyzes campaign metrics and implements improvements
  • Creates and maintains reporting dashboards for upper management
  • Develops strategies to improve contact rates and lead generation



Working Hours:

  • PH Graveyard Shift
  • Full time (Fixed 8 hrs/day, Mon-Fri)

 

Compensation:

  • Training: $4/hr
  • Upon Graduation: $5/hr
  • Performance Evaluation after 4 months for a Salary Increase
  • Weekly Payout

Requirement

  • 2-3+ years dialer management experience
  • Experience with dialer systems and campaign management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in reading/analyzing KPI reports
  • Proven track record in campaign optimization
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Advanced Excel/data analysis skills


Equipment Requirement:

Candidates must have a dual monitor setup to facilitate effective dialer monitoring during the entire shift.

 

PC Specifications:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
  • RAM: 8 GB or higher
  • Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.
  • Internet Connection: Minimum 120 Mbps download and 120 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 120 Mbps+ preferred.
  • Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
