  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and issues.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
  • Document interactions in the call management system.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.


Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: at least 2 yr. college graduate/2yr. associate graduate.
  • Experience Level: At least 1year of experience in a call center or face to face customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, and computer literate.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle inbound calls, assist customers, and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Working Conditions: Nightshift, long time Temporary Work from home, applicants living within Central Luzon/2hr. ride from Clark Pampanga only.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, adaptable, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
