Description

1. Customer Interaction & Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Provide information about products, services, policies, and promotions.
  • Handle complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

2. Order & Account Management

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
  • Update customer accounts and ensure information accuracy.

3. Problem Resolution

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with other teams (technical, logistics, billing) to resolve cases.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM tools.
  • Provide insights on recurring issues to improve service processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call centers preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
