Staff4Me is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our 5HC (5-Hour Call) service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience during their interactions with us. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on our customer satisfaction and retention efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding 5HC service
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers about our processes and services
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments for our services
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and timely manner
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
