Description

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Meet performance metrics and contribute to departmental goals.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies.

Requirements

  • Account: Travel and Hospitality - Mandarin
  • Min. 1-year GDS tool experience (Sabre or Amadeus) in BPO or non BPO industry 
  • With at least 6mos Fraud experience
  • B2 CEFR 
  • Schedule: 8AM-6PM MNL time
  • Singaporean Chinese
