Description
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma required
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language and excellent customer service skills
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require flexible hours
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving abilities
