Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team.
  • In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, quick problem-solver, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
