- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma or equivalent is required, College Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and basic technical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential.
