Description
- Handle customer inquiries, provide back-office support, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
- Document interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required or College Graduate.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Good to excellent communication, strong customer service skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team player.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, possible shifts in a call center.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, adaptability, patience, and excellent communication skills.
