- Provide accurate information and support related to airline bookings, changes, and general inquiries
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service
Requirements
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- 0 to 12 months of continuous work experience (fresh graduates are welcome!)
- Good to excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
