Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our client. The role is located in Mandaluyong with the possibility of some work from home after the completion of 3 months onsite. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
