Description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Travel Account team. The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs, such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing an excellent customer service experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver efficient and accurate solutions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about travel policies, pricing, and availability.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, or special requests promptly and empathetically.
  • Modify, cancel, or update travel itineraries as needed.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and proactive service.
  • Follow established processes and quality standards in handling customer interactions.
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with other teams as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or K-12 graduate.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of BPO experience, preferably in a customer service or travel-related account.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends as required.
  • Customer-first attitude with a professional demeanor.
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
