• Apply content guidelines to ensure compliance with community standards.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and local laws regarding online content.

• Educate users about platform rules and issue warnings or bans when needed.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Document and report violations, trends, and emerging risks to the management team.

• Assist in improving moderation guidelines by providing insights on evolving content trends.

• Collaborate with legal and safety teams to manage policy breaches or high-risk cases.

4. Customer & User Interaction

• Respond to user appeals regarding content takedowns or restrictions.

• Provide feedback to users about content violations professionally and fairly.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or online community management is an advantage.

• Familiarity with moderation tools, AI-based filtering systems, or ticketing platforms.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

• High attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
