Description

The mission of the Content and Creative Specialist is to craft impactful and engaging content that amplifies AIC's corporate narrative while supporting the growth and visibility of its airport businesses. This role ensures that all creative and social media efforts align with the company's values and objectives, fostering a cohesive brand identity across platforms by delivering high quality content, managing dynamic social media strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders, drives engagement, enhances communication and contributes to the success of AIC's parent company and its airport ventures.


Responsibilities

  • CONTENT CREATION & DEVELOPMLENT

-Design high quality, visually engaging graphics, layouts, and templates that align with AIC's corporate and airport brand identity.

-Edit and optimize photos and videos for internal and external communication materials, ensuring professional-quality output.

-Develop creative assets for presentations, campaigns, and special projects that effectively communicate key messages.


  • COPYWRITING & MESSAGING

-Write and edit copy for diverse formats including social media captions, event scripts, and press releases.

-Collaborate with internal teams to align content with corporate message and organizational goals.


  • SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

-Plan, schedule, and support management of content for AIC's corporate social media pages to maintain consistent engagement and activity.

-Support the management of social media accounts for AIC's airport businesses by curating posts, monitoring queries, and executing awareness strategies.


  • STRATEGIC COLLABORATION & SUPPORT

-Coordinate with communications team, business units, and external partners to ensure creative alignment with organizational priorities.

-Provide proactive recommendations and innovative solutions to improve communication effectiveness

and engagement.


  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

-Manage multiple projects simultaneously by ensuring timely delivery of creative assess and meeting deadlines.

-Maintain content calendars and organize workflows for efficient content and production and distribution.


Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Design, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media management, creative content production, and copywriting and storytelling.
  • Must have proven experience in managing social media accounts and executing content strategies.
  • Must have experience in writing press releases.
  • Experience in content creation, design and video editing.
  • Overall project management.
  • Certifications in social media marketing, graphic design, or video editing are an advantage.
