  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
  • Handle cash, process payments, and provide accurate change.
  • Assist with food preparation and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or food service (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
