What will you do?

In this position, you will join the Winning Work Team where you will play an important part to support our Clients and Markets Group. Reporting to the Winning Work Regional Leader / Market Leader, this is a full-time position.

The primary focus of this role is the successful management, development, and consolidation of strategic clients and markets collaterals for the business. This includes generating and editing pitch decks, capability statements, case studies, and contributing to the opportunity management of the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the client teams and other stakeholders in providing Winning Work services, particularly in developing strategic client and portfolio collaterals such as pitch decks, case studies, capability statements, etc.
• Refine and manage existing clients and markets collaterals and knowledge base.
• Champion the Aurecon Methodology (AM) and provide experienced pre-sales consultancy services.
• Lead pre-sales support activities to enhance the experience of potential and existing clients following the AM
• Support the development of content within clients and markets collaterals for Aurecon Clients.
• Facilitate and support all procedures applicable within the Aurecon Methodology, including Risk Management.
• Ensure the business is enabled to make good decisions and submit and create compliant, compelling collaterals.
• Collaborate with opportunity managers, client teams, and market leaders in shaping compelling strategies.
• Ensure updated, recent, and relevant information is available.
• Develop strategic clients and markets collaterals.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and conduct quality control check of the submission.
• Develop creative themes and strategies with the design team and sign off design if applicable.
• Ensure the document content is current, complete, correct and that the layout graphics and formatting comply with Aurecon brand guidelines.
• Manage interface discussions between internal and external stakeholders.
• Quality control of the content – documents are well written (grammar and spelling) and edited to minimize errors.
• Participate in business improvement initiatives related to clients, markets, and winning work opportunities.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. It is also highly preferable if you have APMP certification or any higher-level accreditation that you can leverage when it comes to managing, developing, and consolidating the strategic clients and markets collaterals for the business.

Skills and experience:

• Strong project and time management skills and organizational ability
• Client relationship management and business development knowledge.
• Strong communication and editing ability
• Experience in visual design/ graphics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people across all levels of an organization, including the director level and other executives.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
