Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, make sales pitches, support the sales pipeline, document interactions, and assist with back office tasks.
  • Handle a high volume of calls in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow company scripts to ensure consistent service.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and call quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, sales pitching and closure, effective people skills, knowledge of sales pipeline management, back office support, call center operations, and technical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, possible evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communicator, empathetic, resilient, detail-oriented, and a team player.
