Description
- Assist on email inquiries
- Handles email for global accounts
- Monitoring and updating the CRM
- Monitoring and updating the receiving report for local and global account
- Creates and monitors the billing and finalization report
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, marketing or equivalent.
- With at least 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced)
- Advance skill(s) in sales activities, multi-level marketing, and negotiating.
- Must be well versed in sales with a proven track record in hitting quota targets.
- Will be able to develop sales and marketing strategies for business growth
- Excellent Communication skills.
