Responsible for the attainment of Sales and Marketing objective and development of important customer segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy
• perform regular competitor analysis and market office benchmarking
• Establish supporting actions to develop targeted customer segments, such as Transport Cooperatives
• Corporate and product brand strategy
• Effective utilize various forms of media including digital marketing
• Execute advertising and promotions
• Implement selling process, adjusted for the respected market segment
• Responsible for attaining revenue and collection target
• Lead and address issues, if any, related to revenue collection
• After sales customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• A Master's degree, such as MBA is an advantage
• At least: 5-7 years' experience in business development, sales or strategic partnership, preferably in the automotive, EV, renewable energy or related industries.
• Experience working with Government Agencies (LGU's) and regulatory bodies, cooperatives and finance companies in the Philippines is highly desirable.
• A proven track record in market development, sales growth and establishing strategic business partnership
• Preferred: Prior experience in financial structuring for business expansion or working with third party financing institution is an advantage.
