Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Bacoor City, Cavite. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as generating leads, conducting market research, and providing top-tier customer service, prepare marketing tool for business presentation to prospective clients (principals) abroad. The BD Specialist will also analyze market data, communicate effectively with clients, and work towards enhancing business growth and strategy execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
• Knowledgeable in rules and regulations of Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and its counterpart in other countries.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the placement or landbased (manning) industry is an advantage
