The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our rebate and promotional programs to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance customer loyalty within the cement industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive rebate and promotional strategies aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the market related to rebates and promotions.
• Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop compelling proposals and business cases for new rebate and promotional programs.
• Track and analyze the performance of rebate and promotional programs, measuring ROI and identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on program performance, including key metrics such as sales lift, market share gains, and customer acquisition cost.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers to ensure participation and success of rebate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the cement or related building materials industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Strong network of clients in the VISMIN area
