Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Manager at Candy Corner. The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple brands' growing business, to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote assigned brands, ensuring the growth and profitability of each of them. Responsible for building and maintaining a strong, positive brand image that resonates with consumers and drives business growth. The role will be based in Libis Quezon City, with the flexibility to work from home 1x a week.


Qualifications

  • Brand Management, Marketing, and Promotions skills
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and driving brand awareness
  • Data analysis and market research skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the retail or food industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
