We are looking for a Head of Talent who is strategic, entrepreneurial, and a strong leader. This role involves managing top-tier digital creators, mentoring junior team members, and driving talent-led initiatives. You will serve as the primary liaison between creators and brands, ensuring strong partnerships and successful campaigns while leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• :Manage and oversee a portfolio of influencers, content creators, and digital talent
• .Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding career development and brand alignment
• .Secure brand deals, collaborations, and sponsorships to maximize talent opportunities
• .Lead and mentor junior talent managers, fostering a high-performance, results-driven team
• .Provide strategic direction to the talent team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• .Cultivate long-term talent relationships to ensure retention and career advancement
• .Negotiate high-value sponsorships and collaborations, securing favorable terms for talent
• .Collaborate with clients, agencies, and brands to match talent with appropriate partnerships
• .Review and ensure legal compliance of contracts and agreements
• .Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue for talent
• .Partner with internal teams to execute impactful campaigns
• .Direct talent-led projects, including content creation, live events, and brand activations
• .Monitor digital trends and advise talent on optimizing content strategies
• .Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand Amplify's talent division
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players
• .Lead discussions on talent division growth, positioning, and service expansion
• .Contribute to company-wide leadership initiatives, promoting collaboration and innovation

Qualification

• s:Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related cour
• se4+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or the entertainment industr
• y.Proven leadership experience in managing teams and guiding junior team member
• s.Proven track record of negotiating brand deals and securing high-value sponsorship
• s.In-depth knowledge of digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and creator economy trend
• s.Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skill
• s.Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environmen
• t.Experience with contracts, legal terms, and financial agreement
• s.Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM platform
