Description
- Clerical Tasks: Sorting and sending mail, maintaining files (both physical and digital), and managing office supplies inventory.
- Communication: Answering phones, taking and delivering messages, and managing emails.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering data into spreadsheets or databases, and maintaining accurate records.
- General Office Support: Welcoming visitors, preparing presentations, and ensuring the office is organized and functional.
- Other Duties: May include assisting with travel arrangements, processing invoices, or handling other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4yrs course
- Good software skills (esp. in excel)
- Good communication skills
- Preferably with background in the said position
