Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data as needed for internal and external use.
Maintain and update records, databases, and documents.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and expenses.
Liaise between departments and external parties to ensure effective communication.
Provide support with onboarding and training of new staff.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
2+ years of administrative or office experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
