Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to employees and clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Job Title: Administrative Specialist/Assistant
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Administration or related field
- Experience Level: No experience required; entry-level position
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical skills, effective support capabilities, valid driving license for car and motor
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in administrative tasks, provide support to the team, manage schedules, and conduct basic analysis
- Working Conditions: Office environment; occasional travel may be required
