The company helps organizations find top talent, improve workforce performance, and optimize their operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The Accounting Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work at Home set-up.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to executive management.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews to assess the company's financial health and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and manage the annual budget.
  • Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to assist in decision making processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient and effective accounting procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance financial operations.
  • Set up and manage bookkeeping functions to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • At least 5 years of solid bookkeeping experience
  • Solid knowledge in setting up QuickBooks Desktop Version, QuickBooks Enterprise, and QuickBooks Premium Plus, and Excel
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Detail-oriented
