Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the backend system design and development of the core trading system.

- Perform system design, coding, unit testing, and development documentation for assigned functionalities.

- Collaborate on product testing and acceptance tasks.

- Maintain and optimize existing applications and handle daily troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields

- Over 4 years of working experience, with more than 1 year in the design and development of backend services for exchange trading systems;

- Proficient in Java programming language, familiar with common frameworks (such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.), and knowledgeable in basic multithreading and I/O

- Familiar with protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP;

- Skilled in using databases and proficient in relevant database programming technologies;

- Driven by technology, with a habit and means of learning new technologies;

- Strong logical abilities, good professional ethics, and strong communication and technical learning skills.

- More than 2 years of relevant experience in exchanges

- Team player with a strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to handle work pressure

- Willing to engage in the blockchain industry, with experience or interest in DeFi. Able to adapt to work in an agile environment

- Willing to accept a 6-day workweek in a startup team, remote work mode, team timezone: Beijing Time

- Up to $6,000/month. Salary range negotiable based on individual experience, with exceptional performers eligible for equity option benefits.

Note: Responsible for backend systems is not a requirement

Experience in strategy, risk control, and trading systems is also welcome

Preference given to candidates with experience in CopyTrading backend at BingX, Bybit, or Bitget
