Backend Development Engineer - Trading System

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and developing the backend architecture of the Trade Terminal trading system, ensuring high performance and stability
• Collaborate closely with traders and the strategy team to develop and optimize the trading system and related tools
• Develop and maintain a low-latency real-time market data system
• Design and implement an efficient trading execution system that connects to more than 10 exchange APIs
• Analyze historical trading data with a focus on liquidity, market impact, and trading performance optimization
• Enhance monitoring tools to visualize the trading system and portfolio management of Trade Terminal in real-time
• Responsible for the optimization and innovation of the backend technology framework while maintaining best practices with the team
• Support backend business requirements in the context of blockchain exchanges and continuously optimize system performance

Job Requirements:

• Solid backend development skills, particularly experience in languages such as C++, Go, and Python
• Background in blockchain exchanges or trading system development: Experience in backend development for actual blockchain exchanges or other trading systems
• Familiarity with data processing tools such as MongoDB, SQL, and pandas
• Experience in developing low-latency systems, with knowledge of technologies such as RPC, IPC, REST, WebSocket, and message queues
• Understanding of best practices in software engineering (e.g., agile development, unit testing, code reviews, writing design documentation)
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, with practical experience in cloud services (e.g., AWS ECS, EC2, Kubernetes, VPC)
• Good team collaboration and communication skills, able to work closely with cross-department colleagues to drive project implementation
• Experience in distributed system development is preferred

Salary Range: 30,000 - 50,000 RMB/month
