Job Description:

1. Product Planning and Design:
2. Ability to lead and formulate detailed plans for Web3 products (including Dex, Swap, wallets, DeFi, etc.), including functional features, user experience, underlying logic, etc.
3. Draft clear and high-quality product design proposals, including interface design, interaction processes, functional logic, calculation formulas, etc., ensuring that product designs meet user needs and market trends.
4. Market Insight and Competitor Analysis:
5. In-depth analysis of the dynamics of the market for Web3 products, including changes in user needs, industry development trends, policies, and regulations.
6. Conduct comprehensive and in-depth analysis of competitors, including their product features, market positioning, user feedback, etc.
7. Based on market analysis results, propose targeted product optimization plans, including but not limited to new features, interface optimization, user experience enhancement, etc.
8. Stay updated on market changes and continuously optimize product strategies to ensure product competitiveness and market position.
9. Project Management and Advancement:
10. Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet quality standards, run smoothly, and provide excellent user experience without serious failures.
11. Coordinate cross-departmental resources, resolve issues and obstacles encountered during project execution, ensuring smooth project progression.
12. Timely adjust product strategies and features based on user feedback and data analysis results, continuously optimizing user experience.
13. Team Collaboration and Communication:
14. Collaborate closely with team members to promote information sharing and team cooperation, jointly advancing project progress.
15. Maintain good communication with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals align with the company’s overall strategy.

Job Requirements

1. Direct experience in the industry, familiar with the principles and differences of Uniswap V2/V3, understanding of product principles and order-splitting algorithms for aggregation trades like 1inch, and familiarity with product principles of leading cross-chain bridges like Stargate.

2. Over 3 years of experience as an internet product manager, with more than 2 years of experience in the financial, securities, futures, or cryptocurrency trading industries; degrees in finance, computer science, mathematics, or related fields are preferred.

3. Successful experience with Web3 products, possessing abilities in product planning, operational coordination, and execution.

4. Active thinker, clear logical reasoning, able to express thoughts and insights clearly, and good at communicating with colleagues from other departments.

5. Proficient in mainstream product design tools and skilled in using software tools such as Axure, Office, Figma, etc.

6. Familiarity with the financial, securities, and futures trading industries is preferred.

3. Possess a certain sensitivity to data, able to utilize data for product iteration and optimization, reasonably allocate and formulate product objectives and plans based on business data and operational conditions.

4. Deeply understand the core value of the product, enhance product innovation, and ensure that product functions meet user needs;

5. Work closely with the project team, continuously improve business performance through business data analysis and tracking of business metrics;

6. Coordinate resources across relevant departments to promote the implementation of product requirements and be accountable for the results.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Development and Execution of User Growth Strategies:

a. Formulate and implement user growth strategies to drive new user acquisition and retention of existing users.

b. Analyze user data to identify growth opportunities and optimize user growth pathways and strategies.

c. Design and execute growth experiments to validate the effectiveness of growth strategies through methods such as A/B testing.

1. Understand the needs of users and stakeholders, assist in drafting requirement documents and other product materials.

2. Communicate and follow up on the progress of requirements, ensure the quality of the corresponding products, and facilitate the implementation and launch.

3. Assist in collecting, summarizing, analyzing, updating, and refining iteration plans.

4. Assist in project acceptance and produce standardized product materials, including web, app, and backend product prototypes or flowcharts.

1. Participate in the company's Web3 product projects (search engine, social media, bots, launchpad), including but not limited to research, requirement documentation, and prototype output;

3. Familiar with the product process, including product planning, requirement analysis, product functionality design, and business process design; proficient in tools such as Axure, Visio, MindManager, and Office;

4. Possess clear and logical thinking skills, along with strong data analysis abilities;

5. Pay attention to user interaction experience and be familiar with front-end user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research and product design of blockchain products, producing PRD, prototypes, and other related documentation;

2. Collaborate closely with the development department to drive product implementation and final delivery;

3. Monitor blockchain-related sectors, conducting research, organizing, and producing relevant research reports.

We are seeking a Senior Web3 Product Manager with a strong understanding of crypto and risk management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Web3. As a Web3 Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our Web3 product strategy, including market analysis, product design, feature prioritization, and user feedback.

1. Responsible for planning and designing wallet and transaction-related product requirements research, planning, design, follow-up, and implementation;

2. Continuously research financial market dynamics, familiar with financial technology and other business scenarios and pain points, and collect and organize internal and external user demands to form product requirement documents;

3. Write product design documents and detailed functional specifications, requiring clear logic, high readability, and thorough details;

4. Ability to communicate effectively with R&D and other related departments, follow up and promote product development progress according to plan, and be responsible for product quality;

• Responsible for the demand research, planning, and implementation of trading platforms and financial derivatives business.
• In charge of complete trading functionalities, including but not limited to basic contract trading features, wallet accounts, and trading risk control.
• Monitor peer market activities to explore user growth strategies for financial trading products.
• Collect feedback from users and internal stakeholders, and continuously update and iterate on products based on the company's business planning.
• Effectively communicate with departments such as development, testing, and operations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the product and facilitate its launch.
• Monitor product data, conduct analysis and statistics, continuously improve the product, and address user pain points.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for the visual design and interactive design of growth products and operational activities for the platform's growth business on both the App and WEB platforms, including functionality iteration and redesign. Adhere to and refine design specifications to maintain consistency in product visual style.

- Possess a growth mindset, capable of analyzing user behavior through data metrics and feeding insights back into the growth business.

- Have a good understanding of business. Able to clearly comprehend the product business objectives and assess and organize corresponding design goals and priorities.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of user growth campaigns, adjust strategies based on data feedback, and continuously optimize user acquisition pathways.
• Design and launch ambassador recruitment initiatives to attract influential individuals or groups to serve as brand ambassadors.
• Develop ambassador training programs to ensure ambassadors comprehend brand philosophy, product features, and promotional strategies, thereby enhancing their professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Manage ambassador communities, regularly organize online and offline events to strengthen ambassador interaction and cooperation, and motivate ambassadors to contribute high-quality content continuously.
• Monitor ambassador performance, provide feedback, optimize incentive mechanisms, and ensure the effective execution and ongoing growth of the ambassador program.
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, customer service, and other departments to ensure market expansion activities are aligned with the company’s overall strategy.

Japanese Business BD

【Main Responsibilities】

1. Develop resources within the Japanese contract and spot trading KOL/agent/trader community.

2. Responsible for volume and registration metrics, coordinating internal and external resources to improve user conversion rates and new user registrations.

【Required Qualifications】

1. Native Japanese proficiency, business-level Chinese or above, and strong team communication skills.

2. Over 1 year of business development experience, outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and ability to quickly establish trust with clients.

3. Strong self-motivation and execution ability, capable of continuously expanding the client base, with a strong desire to earn.

【Preferred Qualifications】

1. Experience collaborating with KOLs in the Japanese spot/contract trading sector, with existing KOL resources available.

Note: This position is responsible for product operations within a self-developed product team, operating in a distributed work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product operations, serving as the link between various collaboration departments with a solid understanding of the product from the operational side;

2. Promote, coordinate, and control product planning and development work to ensure the effective realization of product requirements;

3. Work closely with the development and operations teams to ensure the release, launch, and operational activities of the software;

4. Monitor product data, analyze user data, and continuously enhance system experience.

Salary: 8K-13K/month (salary determined based on individual capability, RMB).
