UX Leader - Remote Work

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the experience design of platform products, capable of key design innovations based on an understanding of product and business logic, able to decompose major experiential characteristics into executable roadmaps that integrate with existing product features in a rhythmic and gradual implementation.

2. Team leadership and management, building and leading a high-performance UED team, including designers and relevant support staff.

3. Strategic formulation, developing and executing user experience design strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and product roadmap.

4. Design innovation, driving innovative design solutions to enhance user satisfaction and market competitiveness of the product.

5. Cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of design into the product development process.

6. Quality assurance, ensuring all design outputs meet industry standards and practices, implementing strict quality control.

7. Technical leadership, maintaining knowledge of the latest design tools, technologies, and trends, and applying them to the team's workflow.

8. Talent development, fostering the professional growth of team members, including skill enhancement and career development.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related fields
2. At least 8 years of user experience design experience, including at least 3 years of team management experience
3. Experience in fintech or web 3 related work, familiar with product and business logic
4. Skills required: Proficient in user experience design principles, methods, and tools; strong leadership abilities; excellent communication and collaboration skills
5. Personal qualities: Innovative thinking, pursuit of exceptional design, ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment, and a passion for design
6. Excellent interface and graphic expression skills with visual creativity
7. Experience in leading the implementation of complete international products
8. Good command of the English language; candidates with overseas study or project experience preferred
