簡介

  • Assists in planning, organizing, and implementing training events and other projects for clients nationwide.
  • Promotes training programs and courses through various channels or media.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders and acts as the point of contact for external clients.
  • Performs office, reportorial, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintains and updates client database.
  • Performs other duties as requested.


JOB QUALIFICATION


  • College Degree, preferably Psychology, Behavioral or Business - related courses
  • No prior work experience required (fresh graduates are welcome), but experience in events organizing is a plus
  • Must possess the following critical competencies: Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills; Organization Skills; Customer Orientation / Service; Polite, Friendly, and Personable Demeanor; Initiative & Forward Thinking; Drive for Excellent Results; Timeliness / Punctuality; Attention to Detail
  • Proficient in basic MS applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Zoom application
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to travel
