簡介

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of sites, including monitoring progress, quality control, and safety protocols
  • Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure seamless project delivery
  • Conduct site inspections, identify and address potential problems, and recommend solutions
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting on project progress, expenses, and compliance
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the workers ensuring they follow best practices and adhere to safety standards

職位要求

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Experience in Property maintenance, building systems or construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Can perform cost estimation and create bills of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects
  • Proficient in using Autocad software
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Preferably can drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles with valid drivers license
