簡介

The Senior Graphic Artist is responsible for developing compelling visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate brand identity and marketing messages. The role requires expertise in crafting brand key visuals and brand packaging to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across various platforms. This position demands a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Key Visuals & Concept Development

  • Develop innovative and visually striking brand key visuals for marketing campaigns, digital media, and print materials.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate brand strategies into effective design concepts.
  • Stay updated on design trends, competitor branding, and industry innovations to keep brand visuals fresh and relevant.
  • Create mood boards, concept sketches, and presentation decks to showcase creative directions.

Brand Packaging Design

  • Lead the design and development of product packaging that aligns with brand guidelines and market trends.
  • Work closely with product development teams, printers, and suppliers to ensure packaging designs are production-ready.
  • Conduct research on packaging materials, sustainability practices, and consumer preferences to enhance packaging effectiveness.
  • Develop dielines, mockups, and prototypes to ensure proper execution of packaging designs.
  • Maintain a high standard of detail and precision in all packaging artwork to meet industry and regulatory standards.

Graphic Design & Visual Communication

  • Design marketing collaterals such as social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, posters, and etc.
  • Enhance digital and print assets with high-quality visuals, illustrations, and typography.
  • Work on UI/UX elements to support digital branding where necessary.
  • Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and brand guidelines for internal and external use.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to execute design projects effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders based on creative rationale and strategic alignment.

Required Skills & Proficiency:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent knowledge of branding principles, packaging design techniques, and print production processes.
  • Ability to create photorealistic mockups and 3D packaging renders is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for design rationale and stakeholder discussions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative outputs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand visuals and packaging.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, key visuals, and packaging design.
  • Experience in the FMCG, retail, or advertising industry is preferred.
