• As a Sales and Operation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing strategic sales support and operational coordination to drive the success of the company's sales initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless collaboration between sales and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales support by coordinating with the sales team to process orders, monitor inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue targets
• Liaise with the operations team to ensure efficient logistics and distribution processes
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational bottlenecks
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and operational processes

• Proven experience in a sales or operations coordinator role, preferably within the B2B, B2C or retail industry
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in using sales and operations management software
