Identify and pursue new business opportunity to meet sales targets
Develop and maintain relationship with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Create and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue goals
Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s services to effective present and sell them.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and closes sales deals
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Address client inquiries, provided service information, and resolve any issues or concerns. Work closely with the customer support teams to ensure client need are met and to support overall company objectives

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is often preferred
At least 1 year (years) of working experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is valuable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging clients and closing deals.
Ability to negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients is key.
Effective time management and organizational skills are important for handling multiple accounts.
Ability to address and resolve client issues effectively.
Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
