We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our non-life insurance company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings for staff.
- Handle correspondence and maintain organized files.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with non-life insurance products and services is an advantage.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Can start ASAP
