Product Strategy Planning: Develop and implement a long-term roadmap for contract products, ensuring alignment with market demands and corporate strategy.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth studies of digital asset market trends, analyze competitor movements, identify new business opportunities, and understand user needs.
Product Design and Iteration: Design product prototypes and user interfaces, collaborate with engineering teams to develop product features, and ensure optimization of the user experience.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor product performance, assess the impact of features, and optimize product strategy.
Risk Management: Evaluate and address risks in product development and market promotion, ensuring compliance and security.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, legal, and other departments to ensure smooth product promotion and operation.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Futures product management.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital asset trading and market mechanisms, with strong data analysis and product design skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent interdepartmental communication abilities and team spirit.
Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is preferred.
