Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Create and process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of items.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
Maintain supplier records and update approved vendor lists.
Track orders, resolve delivery issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Oversee general office operations including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
Manage company documents and ensure proper filing systems.
Process business permits, licenses, and ensure renewal compliance.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Purchasing Officer, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Willingness to travel locally for bank, government, and other office-related errands.
