Conduct outbound calls to potential clients globally, presenting our services compellingly and professionally.
Identify and assess client needs, tailoring our offerings to meet those requirements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to enhance lead conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and meet established sales goals.
Informed about international real estate trends to provide relevant insights and effectively handle client inquiries

Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
Real estate experience with a focus on international markets is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients from diverse backgrounds.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
