簡介

  • Perform clinical laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, urinalysis, and immunology
  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control and proper documentation
  • Collect, label, and analyze specimens following standard procedures and safety protocols
  • Validate and record test findings; prepare reports for physicians
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering laboratory supplies as needed
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and laboratory policies

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field
  • Must be a Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC license required)
  • Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but fresh board passers are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (shows empathy, compassion, and professionalism in dealing with different patients)
  • Conduct tests, analyze results, and ensure lab compliance with safety standards
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible and can work under pressure
  • Organized, systematic, detail- oriented and highly- motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
