The Mechanical Engineer shall be working under the owner-developer side, assigned in monitoring mechanical construction work, for horizontal & vertical projects of Daiichi Properties. Includes coordination of activities among project team and external suppliers, and the communication of progress reports to the management. This scope of work carries over to the entire Daiichi Properties group of companies and its associations, both current and future additions.
Review of mechanical designs and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Supervise and monitor mechanical installations and related construction activities.
Responsible for the preparation of bid documents, bid technical evaluation, material quantity survey/estimates.
Responsible for the preparation of ensures project completion within allowed time table, sees to it that plans & specifications are met.
Prepare material quantity surveys and estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project budgets.
Monitor and evaluate Owner Supplied Materials (OSM) for quality and quantity compliance.

Licensed Mechanical Engineering.
Graduate of Mechanical Engineer course with 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management / construction or real estate development.
Knowledgeable in Quantity Surveying.
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, particularly AutoCAD, and MS Office applications.
Driven to exceed expectations, willing to go an extra mile and with high sense of urgency.
