Role Description

This is a start-up role for a Marketing Specialist - Portfolio and Innovations, based in Magallanes, Makati City. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for insighting, range architecture development, portfolio management, and new product development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• INSIGHT: Analyze consumer data and trends to identify the core target audience and feed into the brand and portfolio strategy
• PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: Develop clear portfolio segmentation based on data and consumer needs, identify areas to develop or rationalize
• INNOVATION & REJUVENATION: Build an innovation funnel, develop the business case and financial projections, craft product concepts, claims and product briefs
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Lead multi-functional teams to develop and launch the innovation & rejuvenation projects, working closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing for OTIF delivery
• BRAND ENGAGEMENT: develop consumer & customer communications, sales tools and trainings
• MONITORING & OPTIMIZATION

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Marketing: Portfolio Management, New Product development, Product Launches
• Experience in building project P&L, adept in sales data analysis
• Experience in food manufacturing with technical understanding
• Export / multi-market experience a plus
• Experience in both consumer and B2B marketing is an advantage
• Must be willing to travel to our Manufacturing Facility in Medina, Misamis Oriental
