Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates.
  • Develop and refine recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Draft and update job descriptions and evaluate job functions as needed.
  • Conduct background checks and coordinate with third-party verifiers.
  • Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements and preparation of job offers and contracts.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date 201 files and HR records.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including exit interviews, clearances, and final pay.
  • Administer performance appraisals and monitor employee movements.

Administrative Support:

  • Plan, coordinate, and document HR programs, projects, and activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for project needs.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports (e.g., manpower updates, exit summaries, employee movement logs).
  • Implement document control protocols and maintain data backups.
  • Oversee venue arrangements, logistics, and evaluations for events and programs.
  • Manage and liquidate cash advances and ensure timely report submissions.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, government contributions, and employee leaves.
  • Support company compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Generate employee engagement reports (birthdays, service awards, attendance).
  • Perform other HR and admin tasks as assigned.

  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience.
